Terms of use
Purpose
OMRALYA is online software published by HAISYSTEMS for travel professionals. It helps an agency manage its offers, departures, travelers, bookings, rooms, payments and expenses. HAISYSTEMS sells no trip or travel service.
Access and trial
Creating a workspace is for professionals only. The free trial lasts 30 days, with no card. When it ends, or when a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only: data stays viewable and exportable.
Subscription
Plans, limits and prices are communicated before any activation. Activation and invoicing happen directly with HAISYSTEMS as long as online payment is not open.
Agency responsibilities
The agency alone remains responsible for its business: licences, guarantees, insurance, tax, invoicing, information given to travelers, accuracy of the data entered and compliance with the rules of its country. OMRALYA gives no guarantee of regulatory compliance.
Calculations and simulators
Simulators and statements are decision aids based on the data entered. They are not financial, accounting or tax advice.
Data
The agency owns its data and remains the controller of its clients’ data; HAISYSTEMS acts as a processor solely to provide the service. Each workspace is separate from those of other agencies.
Service
HAISYSTEMS uses reasonable means to keep the service available and backed up, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. The agency keeps regular exports of its essential data.
