This website presents OMRALYA. It has no data collection form and no marketing list. The simulator calculates in your browser: your figures are not sent. No third-party advertising or audience measurement tool is loaded. Sign-up happens on the application, described below.

Cloudflare, Inc., our host, processes the technical data needed for display and security, including IP address and request information, on the basis of the legitimate interest in providing and securing the website. The code keeps no visit log and Workers logs are disabled. Cloudflare’s own technical retention depends on its service and security needs and its terms; HAISYSTEMS promises no automatic deletion period at this provider.

Recipients are HAISYSTEMS for voluntary contacts, and Cloudflare with the sub-processors needed for hosting. Cloudflare processing may take place outside the EU; its DPA describes the applicable safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where needed. No exclusively European hosting is announced.

Email and phone links open your own application. Information you send to HAISYSTEMS is used only to answer you, on the basis of the legitimate interest in professional exchanges or of pre-contractual measures where applicable. No marketing subscription follows. The operator manually deletes contact exchanges within 90 days of the last exchange, unless a legal obligation or the defence of a right requires otherwise.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where their conditions apply, at contact@haisystems.com, and complain to the CNIL. No advertising cookie is set; mechanisms strictly needed for hosting security may apply.

OMRALYA application

The application (app.omralya.com) stores the accounts of each agency’s team and the data the agency enters, including the identity and passport of its travelers. For that traveler data, the agency is the controller and HAISYSTEMS acts as a processor. For agency accounts and invoicing, HAISYSTEMS is the controller, on the basis of the contract.

Data is separated by agency. It is neither sold nor used for advertising. A strictly necessary cookie keeps the session; no advertising cookie is set.

The application is hosted by Hostinger on a server currently located in Malaysia, outside the European Union. No European hosting is announced. Data is kept as long as the workspace exists, then deleted at the agency’s request, subject to legal obligations.
